As I was saying in my last post hypersensitivities had a major effect on my life. Firstly I should note that I did not know I was hyper-sensitive let alone know what it is. I just had symptoms that just made life so miserable.  It all started when I was about 15-years-old,  when I used to experience excruciating pain in my stomach. Enough to make me clench and roll into a ball unable to control or escape from it. This was the start of 17 years of hell, not only for me, but my family to be in later years.

I was born in 1967 in NW London, where I live with my wife Joanne (co-founder), along with our 3 children, Lucie, Tatiana and Ross.

Like most of my clients I come from a background where hyper sensitivities effected me on an: emotional, psychological and physical level. They brought with them many disruptions, discomforts, physiological disorders and pains. These included sensitivity/intolerances to a wide range of foods, chemicals, environmental and electro pollution. Over 16 years these symptoms became decisively harsher.

As we discussed in Part 1 hypersensitivity can affect people in different way. Myself, I know what it is like to be hypersensitive and my body going into overdrive. For me it turned my life upside down. They affected me on an emotional, psychological and physical level.  They brought with them many disruptions, discomforts, physiological disorders and pains.

Well the good news is hyper-sensitivity is not a disease, nor an illness. It is a measurement on your body’s sensitivity scale that is in the category of undesirable reactions in your body and mind. Your current sensitivity is based on how your body is currently wired i.e. life experiences to date, in combination with your current reaction to external stimuli.
