But reality is that most of you live in a city, and your minds are not empty, and something has just stressed you out. Now we know that your mind doesn’t exist in isolation. The stress doesn’t just trigger your mind to react, but it naturally affects your physical body. In this example, it goes straight to the shoulders, such a weight ii feels like that you are carrying around.

In fact, everything that you have experienced…the good, the bad and the ugly affects how your body’s energy system is currently flowing. In turn that affects you mentally, emotionally, physically, intellectually, spiritually, physiologically and not least energetically.

Logic states that you cannot go through your life and expect your one and only body to function, repair and heal, unless there is a free flow of communication around it.

Blockages in your energy system could be affecting the way your body functions, repairs, heals, as well as that of your perception.

The great news is you can release your blockages!

From the moment you rise, to you placing your head back on the pillow, every action, thought and movement, will be affected by the way your body’s energy system is currently functioning.

What makes your Energy buzz? – Part 2

Let us start with a common thought about your energy, say “My energy feels really low today”. My immediate question to you is “What do you mean by low?” You may say “drab, heavy, slow, mushy, treacle like” amongst others. So lets agree upon ‘treacle’. What is ‘treacle’ and how do you go about describing it. Well, that is down to your perception, which is based on the heavy sticky feeling of treacle syrup on one level and on another the memory patterns from past experiences of feeling something similar, but that is something that I will come back to later on.

In part 1 we ended the post by saying ‘that possibly the brain can be rewired’. In this post we will look at whether there is anything permanent about what we think, know or do.

Everything that we think, debate, giggle and argue about is a matter of how information is stored in our brain, and ultimately how we perceive it. Which immediately brings us back to how our brain is currently wired.

Anxiety – Why am I so wired? – Part 2

Anxiety is not an illness in the way it is often labelled. Anxiety is a way of grouping a number of symptoms together and hoping that it can be treated with anti-depressants, SSRI’s, psychotherapy or cognitive therapy. Well it is not as straightforward as that. You see this ‘one for all’ type approach is what limits people from overcoming their debilitating symptoms.

I seem to have kicked up a storm, that is well beyond my original expectations,  when last week I uploaded a post The big almighty question – What is your energy?  on the healthypages forum. I was curious to see what other peoples perception was of this subject.
