When we consider human energy, not only do we need to consider how it currently feels to us in that moment in time, but similarly how it can fluctuate. If you sit back for a moment and try and ignore all the distractions around you may well be able to either feel the energy in your body or at least assess how it feels to you. Now if you were to keep a log of how it feels at different times of the day, or on different days, then you would start to realise how variable it is.
So why is your energy so variable? In today’s post we are going to consider the matter of sharing as I mentioned at the beginning of this post.
On a biophysics level we can appreciate that our body has an electrical current that runs through and around it. This is why you can have your heart electricity measured on an ECG, or receive an electric shock when you touch a live wire. Well just as easily our energy interacts with another persons when they come into our environment. So although you may well consider yourself as an individual it is logical to say that your energy can affect or is affected by another persons.
That is why you can experience someone staring at the back of your head when you are on the train; feeling your energy being drained when in the presence of another person; or feeling connected with another person you meet even without uttering a single word. In our next draw I will post more on other aspects of sharing energy.
