Hi everyone, it’s me Joanne Cohen, co-founder of RaphaYad Bioenergy Treatment.

I thought I would share with you a little bit about who I am and my case history. I am sure some of my case history will resonate with some of you. If so, I hope it gives you the confidence and encouragement, because if I can do it, so can you!

As Co-founder I have played a crucial role in the foundation from its origin, and a key player in its development over the years. joanne cohen - pidgeon posture

I have been a student of Hatha Yoga for 20 years, which has been a fundamental aspect to my and my family life.  I am a IYN yoga teacher and the founder of www.empoweringyoga.co.uk.

I also has a Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology.

My Personal Case Study

When I was in my mid 20’s I began to experience signs of anxiety which led to full blown panic attacks – experiencing lack of control, feeling overwhelmed and out of my depth.

The symptoms got so bad that I couldn’t continue to function, to the point of being unable to work, to socialise in groups at parties or restaurants, or travel on the underground. I was scared to leave the house for fear of getting stuck out somewhere whilst having a panic attack, which would have paralysing results…to be continued.
